Why does the "pain relief medication" for a yeast infection hurt so much to apply?

I took this at bailiwick kit from Vagisil that told me I had a yeast infection so I went to the pill pusher and she helped me pick out this relief medication that is presumed to explicate up the whole feeling and receive it not mutilate but:

I don't be sure if it is precise or not but when I was having a bun in the oven I began having attacks. I did not lust after drugs and the Md's did not require to danger surgery while I was enceinte.
