i m 23 years old manful i line 7 days a week and aproximatley 60 hours ,smoker,very half-starved

There in nothing out of line with u except you have a toothache and destitution to go to the dentist to see what the problem is. YOu have made it to 23 without a toothache so u must have some unspoilt teeth, but now its nonetheless to go to the dentist as you should have been all along to keep your teeth thriving
