I saw an add for a roll-on headache medicine. Does it work?

I've only recently seen this quirky ad for a pain reliever that you thunder-on...your noggin! This seems incomparably have a feeling. Has anybody indeed bought this things, tried it and can to one's face say it worked ameliorate than Motrin, Tylenol or Excederine?

It has such an irritating commercial that before
the commercial is over....I have a problem!!!
Then they came out with another irritating one.
Understandable ol' 99-cent-a-hold aspirin from Walgreens....always works for me.
